Assessing Church Planters
ASSESSMENT-
One of the most important factors for effective church mulltiplication is the identification of a qualified catalytic leader. The CMRT will help assess individuals with the following steps:
-
Pre-assessment:
- Church Planting Application - the candidate completes the application form, including essay questions, credit check, agreement to NAB Policies/Statement of Faith, Philosophy of Ministry.
- PDP Survey - the Professional Dynametric Programs survey supplies a personality profile of the candidate.
- COUNSELAID Survey - A psychological survey taken by the candidate and spouse.
- APEST & Strenghfinders - these tools measure skills and personality traits and ministry placement.
-
Based on the results of the pre-assessment, candidates will undergo further assessment to determine their best fit in church multiplication:
- QUANTUM: A behavioral assessment based on the values of the Irreducible Core.
- HUB's: one to two year interships in church planting churches with church planters. HUB's provide a relational assessment of the candidates character, spiritual and family life and skill sets that inform the applicant's direction, model, and viability as a planter.
